Employment Certification Program (ECP)

MAM’s Employment Certification Program is an advanced level course featuring a robust, strength-based curriculum incorporating skills and strategies that can help us succeed at work and in life.
This program includes six workshops, homework and group projects, consultation with Volunteer Job Coaches, mock interviews and others. Most students complete the program in one month.
Workshops are conducted on a variety of topics aimed at helping job-seekers find and keep great jobs. Clients who meet the requirements of the program and attend all workshops will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.

HOW TO JOIN ECP?
First, you’ll need to become a MAM client. The easiest way to start is by attending an orientation session, held Monday through Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Assistance Ministries’ main campus, located at 1625 Blalock Road in Houston.
Orientation is first come, first served and capped at 20 participants per day. If capacity is reached, individuals will be scheduled to return on another day.
No appointments are necessary.
Please plan to arrive by 9:45 a.m. to allow enough time to complete our online intake form before orientation begins.
