Every day MAM helps families stay in their homes and teaches the skills they need to take care of themselves.  Once basic needs are met, we look for other ways to help - school clothing, gifts for Christmas, household cleaners and hygiene supplies.

We are happy to help you hold a drive in your business, church or community organization.  There are so many ways to help at MAM!

MAM holds three main drives during the year:

Teacher and Class
Back To School

Many families can’t afford the supplies and clothing necessary for their children to start a successful new school year. The MAM Back-to-School Program can help. School counselors, nurses or social workers give MAM clothing vouchers to families who may need help.

The vouchers can then be used to purchase school clothing at local stores. Parents can go shopping for their children, choose the appropriate clothing, and pay at the register with the MAM voucher. The stores then bill MAM directly.

Little Girl with Christmas Present
Christmas Share

The annual Christmas Share program spreads the joy of the holidays to many families by providing toys, gift cards, and blankets to hundreds of children in the area.

The families we serve struggle to provide food and basic necessities for their children often without enough funds leftover for rent and utilities.

Cleaning Products
Home Care Cupboard

MAM Family Assistance offers a variety of in-kind donations that can help to stretch a family budget, such as cleaning supplies and hygiene products.

We offer a lunch bag to those who arrive to MAM hungry, and staff and volunteers will refer those in need or those with food donations to area food pantries.
