By supporting these small businesses, we not only create jobs and support economic development but also work towards reducing disparities. Through this work, we are investing in people who hope and dream about what is possible for their families and our neighborhoods.

 

For low-income earners, owning their own small business can mean better wages and more flexibility than traditional workplaces. However, starting and managing a business can be overwhelming. That's why Innova provides hands-on training in business planning and management. Our goal is to unlock their full potential, create opportunities for growth, and provide support in accessing capital.
