About the Prayer Breakfast 

Clients, volunteers, mentors and MAM friends of all faith backgrounds are invited to attend our prayer breakfasts, led by clergy from MAM’s member congregations or qualified MAM staff members.

Prayers, scripture and open discussion will be offered in an accepting inter-denominational setting. This is a BYO-Breakfast Virtual Event.

This month's discussion will be led by Rev. Michael Jarboe, Senior Associate Pastor at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church

Rev. Michael Jarboe currently serves as Senior Associate Pastor at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church and Lead Preaching Pastor of The Journey worship community at MDUMC. A graduate of Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University in Chicago, Michael moved to West Houston in 2014 to pursue ministry in his home state of Texas. His weekly podcast, Soul Care: Conversations to Renew Your Spirit, airs on Fridays and recently featured MAM’s very own Sonja Gee. Michael is married to his middle-school sweetheart, Lesley, who is the owner and hairstylist of Forward Salon in Houston.
